BACKGROUND
Sally has been in the private practice of law in the state of Missouri since 1980 concentrating on civil litigation, family law, real estate law, general business and entity formation, wills and trusts, criminal and municipal law.
Sally has also been active in municipal law and was the City of Hazelwood, Missouri Assistant Prosecuting Attorney from 1992-2005 with full responsibility for the annex area for approximately one (1) year followed by provisional assistance for then prosecutor Herbert Hoffman, Esq.
Sally was also the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Byrnes Mill, Missouri from 1993-2013 with full responsibility for municipal traffic, criminal and housing dockets.
Sally has been the provisional Judge for the City of Winchester, Missouri from 2000 to present.
